Science as found in the bible is not that difficult to understand. In fact, the simple truth about science and the bible is easier to understand than all the religious stuff that has been used to make it out of touch with reality. For example how do you explain the position of the religious leaders who convicted Galileo for teaching the earth goes around the sun, not the other way around? The bible had it right. The religious leaders had it wrong. The simple truth of the actual science in the scripture is easy to understand. The contorted, out of touch with reality interpretation by the religious leaders, not only lead to their own embarrassment, but is difficult to understand. No wonder you needed a license to practice religion during the time of Galileo.
